Fat Acceptance Is Death Acceptance

I could just end this post right now by asking you if you’ve ever seen a “plus size” 70 year old? No? That’s because they’re nowhere! They’re dead! But since I like roasting fat people I’ll keep going.

I’ve had enough of the so called fat acceptance movement and the plus size is beautiful bullshit. You’re not special. You’re not different. You’re not unique. You’re dying!

If you want to know how “healthy” being fat is then talk to a doctor. The entire medical community are not a bunch of cracks. There are 500,000 obesity related deaths per year.

A Lion Doesn’t Concern Himself With The Opinion Of Sheep.

“A lion doesn’t concern himself with the opinion of sheep.” this is one of my favorite quotes and one of the very few I live by. For those who religiously follow Game Of Thrones you might have heard this quote uttered by Tywin Lannister.

What does it mean ?

For people like me life is a battleground and the only opinion that matters is yours. Becoming the king of the jungle is the first prize and nothing and no one will get in the way. Taking the quote at face value  it instills us to ignore negativity and to not stop until you achieve what you had set out to do.

Why Feminism Is A Joke

So Feminism is getting a bit out of hand lately and it’s not just about equality anymore. Equality doesn’t even come close to what they demand now.

Let’s answer some of their questions.

Q- Why are women considered as the weaker sex?

A- Because an average man has about 50% higher upper body strength than a woman. That’s simple Biology. There’s also the fact that men are the ones who go to war and fight and die to protect you. Men are the ones who work dangerous jobs which make your comfortable jobs in the industrialized world possible and historically men are also the ones to go out in the unforgiving wilderness so ungrateful women like you can eat.

Why I Hate Rest Days!

I know I’ve had a hardcore workout week, but I still hate having to rest today.  As a bodybuilder, I am used to my routine of waking up, eating breakfast and most days training after college. It’s weird to sleep in an extra hour and go to college and then coming straight back. I know this is what most people at my college do, but it’s not me, and it feels weird to not work out on a day during the week. When I take a rest day, it feels like something is missing.

I also find it weird to know what to eat on Rest days. I’m not expending TONS of energy like I normally do, therefore I should probably eat less, but I find I am still hungry all day long as if I did a workout.

But your body needs a break. When you complete a full body workout routine our muscles get broken down. Then, over the next 24-48 hours hours, those muscles get rebuilt. That is why it doesn’t benefit us to work out every day; we don’t want to destroy our muscles without giving them a chance to grow back bigger and stronger.

Hustle for that muscle!

DONE.

Stop Procrastinating.

Procrastination. I’ve been there. Everyone’s been there.

Let me give you one practical tip to get shit done. Especially when you don’t feel like getting shit done.

Choose something. Anything! Don’t even use the word commit or discipline. Just do the thing every single day whether you feel like it or not. Your only commitment is to the activity not to the big picture.

Sometimes when I get to the gym I sit in the car and I’m like “I’m not in the mood to lift some weights today”. Those are days when your energy is a little bit lower and those are the days you just fucking do it anyway! Read More

Annoying People At The Gym

If you go to a gym you’ll definitely relate to this post. let’s start.

1- The New Year Resolutionist-

These people come to the gym once a year for a month (January) and then disappear. You won’t believe how crowded the gym gets especially during the first two weeks of January.

2- The Hoarder-

They stand in the same spot in front of the mirror with a collection of dumbbells of every weight around them and “swear” they’re using them all. Read More
